Waiting a week for collections

<p>The service is terrible, we have an online store and send our products as fast as we can but with fastway this is impossible......</p> <p>on average, it takes over a week for them to collect the parcels from us, how long must the customer wait for their product...</p> <p>And you must pay for the stupid parcels up front, so now we are stuck with hundreds of these bags.</p>
