Waiting 3Months on a Refund!!!

Well, not ever surprised to see ALL the bad reviews on here. We as a Company have been waiting 3Months for a Refund of... ( Damaged Parcel) wait for it..R1400.00. It's just excuses after excuses. Do they NOT have the money/ or do they simply NOT care? Curious, what 'work' does there Marketing Managers do? Do they even know about Hello Peter? I would NOT recommend this excuse of a Company to my worst enemy. They NEVER respond on emails, they're even worst on phone calls. I wonder how big this Company's complaint box is....
