Very very unsatisfied

What's the point even to do a review on this company. I have dealt with them for the first time 4 years ago and from day ome it has been a disaster. I have e sworn to never make use of their services but unfortunately the company only deals with them. It is VERY unacceptable to meet the drivers somewhere after dark. I haven't had one parcel delivered where I wasn't phoned to meet the driver and that is just before 6 noon. They care so little they can't even respond to customers. Today at 11:00I was told that the driver will contact me. About to go to bed and still waiting. Their service are beyond pathetic!
