Very Unhappy

The courier company Fastway picked up my parcel at Port Elizabeth on the 16th of November and arrived in Pretoria on the 18th of November. On the 21st Of November, their status said the parcel is onboard the courier vehicle and on the 23rd of November it said the parcel is under query at their depot till the 28th. On the 28th of November I tried to call them but their lines never go through as you speak to the machine, I sent them an email, and that's how I got their attention and received a call from a guy who promised to deliver on the 29th latest the 30th in the morning. As we speak they failed to keep their promise while they tell everyone that they are fast. I am beyond angry, I always use courier companies but Fastway is the worse they should just change their company name because they are very ***********.
