Very unhappy customer - Fastway courier

Their branch in Gqebarha has been nothing short of pathetic . My niece has been awaiting her laptop delivery that was scheduled to be delivered for last week , to date , it has not been received. Despite multiple attempts to contact the branch via pone , there has been no response . Nonetheless , they continue to send messages indication that the parcel is out for delivery .

I'm extremely frustrated, as her academic assignments have been postponed due to substandard service provided by this establishment .
