Very unhappy customer

I received an email yesterday saying my parcel is out for delivery, I also received a call from some lady saying they will at viva today (30-06-2023) around 9 o'clock, okay. Today in the morning i receive a call from another lady saying the are going to viva and they will arriving at 9 o'clock. At around 12 I call them asking about my parcel and the lady says I was told that they will be at viva for bulk, what is bulk delivery, I was never told about bulk delivery. So this bulk delivery thing means I must leave my house and use my money to catch a taxiand go collect my stuff where ever they will be. I'm not happy shame.
