Very unhappy about service

I'm not happy with their customer service. I'm waiting for a parcel since Tuesday 29/06/2021 and it's already Friday 02/07/2021. When I used the tracker to track my parcel i saw a notification that the parcel was undeliverable at one stage but no one contacted me to advise about this. When I phone the local branch the gave me a driver's Phone number but whenever I try to phone the driver I can not connect to him.

When I tried phoning the branch again I just keep on getting a auto answering machine.
