Very slow service

Fastway is the worst courier ever. They have my parcel now for 8 days and just say there is not enough parcels to deliver to my area, must wait another week or 2 untill there is enough. How on earth!!! You pay so much for the service and then they just can't deliver, this is unacceptable. Please think twice before using this company for any courier services. The should indeed be called Slowway!!!
