Very rude driver and bad customer service

the driver *( Granville) was suppose to deliver a package to me on 12/10/17, he contacted me and informed me that he did not know where the address was, I gave him directions, he informed me that it was too far. he told me he would deliver the next day, at which point I let him know that i was not going to be in that morning, he said he was coming, 15 minutes later he called and said he was stuck in traffic and he will not be coming.on 13/10/17 he called and informed me that he had been at my work address for some time and they were refusing to let him into the boom gate, I then spoke to our security to let him in, he proceeded to our admin building, the person he sent , i was informed by our security that he had walked off with as much as a work. my biggest issue is that , in the same week, I had about 2 other deliveries from 2 other courier companies , who, encountered no issues whatsoever getting into our premises and making deliveries, I am appalled by the level of rudeness from this particular driver.
