Very rude delivery lady

My daughter was expecting a parcel.. The lady delivering the parcel called her and she was already at the res entrance.. She walked same time to collect her parcel but upon arrival the person sent to deliver just drove off.. She called same time to say stop I see you buy the lady was rude and just drove off.. I tried to intervine hence my daughter called crying and i called the lady.. She dropped my call and said she has no time.. What does one do in such a sitiation?
