Very rude and poor customer service

Courier refused to deliver package at requested site ( parking lot outside of a hospital, as I was already waiting on him in my car) , instead insisted on delivering package to delivery gate ( which is intended for delivery of hospital supplies, and of which I did not know the location of). <br> <br> When I tried to find out where the delivery gate is, he was incapable of explaining to me how to get there & refused to await my arrival, leaving with my package. By the time I got there he rep**** that he will not wait for me, I can come fetch the package. <br> <br> On the 2nd attempt at delivery he let me know when he was 5 minutes away. After his arrival he refused to wait 5 minutes for me to get to the gate and left again with my package. On enquiring as to where he was, he said he left because he could not wait (the 3 min it took me to get there) and that I could come and fetch the package from him as he is not my \booi\". <br> <br> When I reported to his supervisor, Paul, he informed me that I was confused as to where package must be collected and that I should be waiting outside for the delivery. <br> <br> These people are rude, and have no idea about customer service! Also no idea about delivering packages!"
