Very poor service, useless customer service

Very poor service Your customer service team is poor, can’t hold of anyone there, I’m so fed up I wish buffalo can just cancel their contract with you guys because it’s always a problem to get our parcels… why is my parcel being held up in your query department? Why has nobody called me? It’s so irrelevant what you doing… release my parcel nd deliver the flippen thing.
