VERY POOR SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

The worst service i could ever get from a courier company. Poor service of high note. My parcel have been on delivery notification since last week Wednesday until today i haven't received it. They dnt call nor try other means of communication to find you even when you have written other alternative contacts. They respond their WhatsApp, their Polokwane staff are rude and unprofessional. Temu must change a courier company otherwise they will loose business
