Very Poor Service and Rude Behaviour from Fastway Durban Depot

A very poor service and rude behaviour of the personnel from the Durban depot staff. They delivered my address to an address that is 70 km from the intended address. They have different stories about how the parcel is not delivered, (from address not being clear on the package to them not having my number, to them only delivering in my area on certain days).
