Very poor service

Very poor service. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 26th of November and my details were wrong and then the parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday, and then It became Tuesday then it Became Wednesday and now Wednesday has become Thursday.

This is a very poor and unprofessional service
