Very poor service

What an aweful service from Fastway Couriers Johannesburg!!! My parcel was not delivered to me. I was shocked when I received an email from the merchant that my oder has been delivered. That was around 7pm. When trying to contact Fastway Couriers, I was told they can't help and I was given a driver's contact number which DOES NOT WORK ***. I need my lost parcel..tracking no Z***.
