Very Poor Service

Fast way couriers is the worst courier company i have ever delt with, The call center people are very rude, Calls keep getting dropped, I spent 1 hour on the phone with my own costs to try and do their job for them. My Supplier told me that the parcel is going to be delivered today and yet i am waiting ( Parcel was coming from Alberton to Randburg ), I will never use this service again i would rather go fetch stuff myself next time as it will be much cheaper and much faster than what Fast way couriers.
