Very poor customer service from Fastway Couriers.

Very service. CR*** which a shipment from TEMU does not get delivered. I enquired last week and a lady did phone me. She told me they were swamped with parcels from TEMU. She told me my parcel would be delivered on Friday the 12th or Saturday the 13th of April, but nothing delivered. The parcel just appears when I check the tracking to move around the West Bay. I did an online enquiry yesterday and today but got no response. I requested to talk to an agent this morning but no one has contacted me.
