Very displeasing service.

No notification is sent on the day of or prior to delivery. The courier did not attempt to get the attention of anyone in the house, he did not even leave his vehicle -this was witnessed by someone inside who was not sure whether they are delivering or only stopping to check directions. After trying to phone me once, which I did not see, they left with my package, claiming no one was at home to receive the package. They returned the next day, again without any notification, luckily this time we were aware of the way they run their service and looked out for them all day. The person who received the package reported that the delivery man was very rude and snappy. Compared to other services like Dawn Wing and Takealot, I was shocked by this poor level of service.
