Very disappointed Fastway...

Been trying to reach them the last 2 days regarding my parcel. No answering of phone calls, no answering of Facebook messages and no answer whatsoever on the online live chat. I first get a message with a delivery date, I then make arrangements accordingly... No I get another sms with a different date.
