VERY BAD SERVICE & TURNOVER TIME

Very bad service, been waiting over a week for a door to door delivery that should have happened within 24hrs. spoke to a very rude consultant who was not able to assist the tracking of my parcel because its not on their system! This is not the first time this has happened! would not recommend doing business with them if you are focused on quality client service and fast delivery to your customers.
