Very bad service don’t use for your small business

I would like to enquire on something that’s been going on a long time now. I’ve bought a lot of bags for my small little business, the guy at fastway made a promise to me that they will collect the parcels from me, as we live outside town on a farm next to the road.

There was a lot of times that I specially drived to town as nobody can collect the parcels from me. This has been a lot of times and I wanted to ensure good service for my small business to my clients. Fastway makes it impossible for me to work with them. I’m sending message on message to arrange the pickup and I just receive no service

They just don’t care about small businesses trying to survive
