Very bad service delivery from Fastway Couriers

My P****l is not delivered in a weeks time. The responce is general. "WE COULD NOT BE REACHED" This is a lie. WE AWAIT THE PARCEL AND NEVER RECEIVED AS MUCH AS A CALL/WHATTS APP/SMS OR ANY RESPONCE ALLIKE.

The whatts app you receive when following up on the dleivery is a general lie, indicating that the problem is on our fault. They cant even correct or take responsibility for there bad service.
