Very bad Service and **** to their clients

I got a message and they inform me my parcel will be deliverd today, I put in a days leave and at 16h00 I call the Pretoria depot to ask when is the driver going to be at my house. He told them 16h30. He never arrived no one call me to explain at 16h50 I call the Pretoria depot and they don't pick up their Phones. Public please don't use this people service
