Very bad service

I am waiting for my package to get delivered from the 20th of December 2022. I phones numerous times with no luck. I then called the JHB branch and spoke to 3 different people promising me that I will get a phone call from the PTA branch. I also send numerous emails and still nothing. I am moving to Northern Cape on the 8th of Jan and need my parcel before I leave. I really am desperate
