VERY BAD SERVICE

I have opened an account with fastway and had to pay R500 for training to use their system, i am very disapaointed as i sell on takealot and my orders are collected on time but the delivery to the takealot warehouse is delayed and not delivered and takelaot give a cetaain time if not recived the orders are cancelled, i am running at a loss with using fastway, i also arranged for a collection from takealot for my returns two weeks ago, no one collected anything or arranged anything
