VERY BAD SERVICE!

Monday, 17 November 2025, my husband arranged an overnight courier for a parcel that urgently needed to get to me!! They promised it would be at my house on Tuesday, 18 November 2025! Tuesday came and went — no parcel!

Wednesday came, and we got in contact with Fastway. They promised the parcel would arrive that day! Wednesday came and went — no parcel!

On Thursday, 20 November 2025, Fastway let us know the parcel would be delivered between 18:00 and 19:00! At that time, I’m not home — I drive my child around for her activities.

I asked if they could meet me at Midas instead! After some struggle, they agreed to meet me there. 19:00 came, 20:00 came — no parcel!!!!

It was getting late and dark, so I went home! The Fastway guy kept ignoring me!

Friday, 21 November 2025 arrived. It’s currently 13:00 and still no parcel! Still being ignored! Its 13:40 and after a struggle to get hold, we find out that Fastway were in my town last night but the guy's phone were dead! So he desided to carry on to the next town! So my parcel is in another town! They can't tell me when it will be deliverd!

Please don't trust this Courier Service!
