Very bad service

Fastway must change their name to Slow-way. Their service is appalling. They are very rude and they take no responsibility at all. Their drivers are extremely rude and they do that with confidence knowing that they are never held responsible for their rude actions. Complaining is a waste of time because their managers stand up for them. The time and money I wasted complaining to their manager I could have went to fetch the parcel myself. I wish I never have to work with them ever again.
