VERY BAD SERVICE.

I am 28 kms from the depot and I was supposed to get my parcel on Friday the 22nd September then told it would be today. It has taken 7 days from Cape Town to get to Witbank. Now it will take another 7 days to get it to me. If this is the sort of service then they must change there name to SLOWMAIL Couriers. This is ridiculously bad service. I was told I would get my parcel today but now it is to be on Friday 30th September. I can honestly not even give them a 1 star for service. I hope that there is a head office who can address this issue.
