Very bad service

I have ordered things on Temu they said they are with Fastway corriers, i then paid the requested amount , and on December they were received, on the 31 i emailed them telling them about my parcel, they said it is not received then later on i got a message stating that they received it in Pretoria Depot. Then after that i have never received that until i was i told on the 3rd that they busy doing an investigation, there after today when i email, they say, they cannot trace my parcel. Z***.
