Very bad in returning money when delivering the wrong product

I ordered goods..received the wrong product. Returned it. Got a refund in my app. But now the product is no longer on special, so i have to buy it somewhere else. I requested the money back in my bank account. They declined the request??? Now they are forcing me to buy something on the app that i do not need or want!!! Very poor after care for their customers. Do not buy on takealot and pay before you receive your goods. This is not the first time i am having trouble with takealot!!
