UTTERLY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!
Received communication that my parcel will be delivered today, made arrangements for someone to sit and wait for the parcel the entire day only to receive a message that the courier was unable to reach me. No missed calls, no whatsapp messages no whatsapp calls from the courier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
