Utterly terrible, awful, substandard, unsatisfactory, inadequate and unacceptable service!

TERRIBLE customer service. WhatsApp chat non existent. I've been waiting 1.5 hours for a reply from an agent. Been on the line for almost half an hour, once you select "1", they simply end the call. WORST COURIERS EVER.
