Utterly shocking!

We purchased some merchandise on the 15 May 2020 and to date haven’t received it. We have emailed and phone a number of times but no one gets back to us. We now seen on the teaching number that the parcel is lost. But no one can explain why, what or how. My parcels value was R2769.00. What happens now?
