UTTERLY POOR/SHODDY SERVICE

Fastway Couriers don't know the meaning of Customer Service. They failed to deliver my parcel for 3 days in a row and each time the parcel is returned to their depot/hub. I called the driver, Gift and he ignored my calls and messages and eventually turned his phone OFF. I followed up on this parcel since this morning and I was told that delivery would take place before 5pm - sadly after 5pm there is no one to assist. How do they get away with treating customers so poorly. I am utterly disappointed in their shocking SHODDY SERVICE
