Useless ZERO Communication

Had a parcel collected on the 10th of October its the 24th of October still not delivered.

I'm Paying for next day delivery?!?!?!?!?

if you are having difficulty delivering the parcel why not give me a call to assist?!?!?!?!?

I asked for a refund on the remainder of my satchels, "sorry we don't give refunds"

I'll be using anther delivery service in future... good luck with your failing business going forward!
