USELESS, *********** WAIST of a company

This is by far the worst local courier service I had to deal with. 1st They list the area my address in wrong. I had to deal with a driver that could barely speak proper English telephonically. I had to phone this driver 3 times to explain that they are is incorrect, even offered to fetch my parcel on route. He had multiple excuses travelling all around the area of my address but still could not deliver. Trying to use the "quick" online chat is useless, they are neither quick nor helpful. I updated the address to my work that is easier to find on google maps, but still have not received my parcel. I would never recommend using this service to any one. Unfortunately I cannot choose the local delivery agent as my parcel is imported but will even opt for not using the service provider anymore due to this USELESS, *********** WAIST of a company
