Useless service from Fastway HO as well as drivers.

-10, I have placed an order from Avon and they have send a parcel with Fastway Couriers! As per the driver he was at my house 3 times but no one is there? Its a complex ... there is ALWAYS someone there AND NO CALLS RECEIVED TO SAY HE IS AT THE GATE I MUST PLEASE FETCH MY PARCEL! He just goes back to the hub with comment no one is home, phone Fastway office they only give me the drivers number ... when ever I try to call he doesn't pick up hos phone. Send a SMS no feedback ... still no parcel!

Furious and upset is not even the answer!
