Useless service

Fastway has cost me R4000 by not delivering medication I ordered in 2 seperate orders on time. The medication is supposed to be refrigerated but twice now, Fastway have sent messages to confirm delivery on time and both times, I received messages to say they could not deliver and only delivered the following day, in the late afternoon. My medication no longer works after being out of the fridge for 2 days. This is diabetic medication and has cost me R2000 each time. They do not respond to emails, calls etc. I have tried numerous times to contact them regarding this. Why can't you deliver on time, as per your messages? Not only do I need to sit and wait for the delivery over 2 days but you have lost me alot of money. Who is going to compensate me?
