Useless service and poor communication

This company is useless, i"ordered a parcel in Temu, and then the guy from Fastway couriers called me to come collect the parcel at the police station from a different location.

I told him I'd requested for my parcel to be delivered to my address not me collecting it from a random location. He then said he would return the parcel to the courier on 14/04/2024.

I received a call from the courier asking if I did receive my parcel on 22/04/2024 I said no, but when I tracked the order the status changed from In-transit to Delivered, then I kept on calling the courier company daily but without success, they took me pillar to post, promising to get the operation's manager to either call or send you an email. To date, I haven't received my parcel. Fastway Couriers are useless and *************, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use these guys for their deliveries.
