Useless Service and drivers

my parcel was picked up on Friday22 Nov 24. It still hasnt been delivered. The updates keep say attempted delivery but no has come at all. The driver or whoever it is delivering is manikin no attempt. Every morning it updates saying attempted delivery and failed. why? try calling them you wait 30 min on the line ahed give up. They don't answer ever.
