Useless Service

Delivery was scheduled two days in a row, without it still being delivered - now I get the answer the driver ran out of time…two days in a row, how is that possible, why don’t you start with the deliveries you missed first and why were I not contacted – still no answer on this as well. Let us see if they will be able to make delivery today, as at (09:10) this morning it is still not out for delivery. Would not recommend them to handle any of my courier services (unfortunately it was my supplier who made used of them, but will advise them accordingly as well to change courier services).
