Useless no response

Beyond useless courier company, landline directs you to their WhatsApp line, WhatsApp doesn't get answered, our package has been sitting in Westbay 4 for days without any feedback from these people, dialed each of the courier's cell phone numbers they provide from their website to no avail. Trying to arrange collection of my package as it would be faster for me to walk there and back than waiting for them customer service is nonexistent, takes a special business to have over 6000 reviews on this website with more than half of them complaining about the exact same thing. @Murray Duncan you should have a nice internal look at your company man
