Useless Fastway Courier service

The words furious is an understatement the way useless is the company. M in Ladymith they are in Harrismith - 1 hour apart , called yesterday to track my order they said it will be delivered today morning. I get home at 2pm my order is not home I called Ando he says he is in Newcastle and has no idea about my order yet I spoke to home yesterday. My question is because he was going to Newcastle and he passed through Ladysmith to get to Newcastle, why did he not leave order and proceed???? He doesn’t have answers!!!!😡😡😡😡 I am sooo ****ed my business is ruined because of this useless company yerrrrrr😡😡😡😡😡
