Useless courier service

Have been expecting parcel for 2 whole days and nothing when I was due for admission at hospital and the driver by the name Banana was slow and rude to tell me when he will get to my place. The tracing number is useless if it can not tell u the exact time because u have to cancel all ur week to wait for 1 delivery. Useless
