Useless Courier Service

My package arrived at 06:20 this morning at depot. I phones at 10:30 ro confirm if my parcel will be delivered after which the OPS guy (Tertius) said that it will delivered. I phoned again at 14:00 to confirm and said ill drive the 20km to depot to collect if necessary as the parcel need to leave with me tomorrow morning at 05:00 to De aar for client and he said NO he will make sure the parcel get delivered i dont need to drive and collect. Phone at 16:55 and the lady at track and trace said my parcel did not go out and they are closing now. This is absurd and super *** service. Ill make sure that my business NEVER make use of you as I need to resend the parcel on Monday to client at MY EXPENSE. I will collect the parcel myself on Monday and will make sure your OPS guy understand how useless he is. Ill make use of courier guy to resend. Based on all the feedback on hellopeter only for today it is clear you dont want to do business and ill advise the vendor as well to take his business away from you. So you are not loosing one client, you will feel this one financially.
