Useless courier Nelspruit fastway

Useless is an understatement my parcle was in transit fro m13th of September till 16th. Apparently yesterday they called me no record of that. Calls me today 17th to twll me he is going to deliver now i need to answer my phone.

This is the second time i need to call them back because Nelspruit branch is useless. If my parcle is not delivered by 12h today and i need to stop at fastway branch Nelspruit once again Im not going to be friendly!!! Please get your drivers to start doing their job!!!
