USELESS COURIER COMPANY IN SA 💩 💩 🤮 🤢

My order had a special instructions for delivery times as I’m at work, but it was never followed. What’s the use of having a special instructions on their packaging regarding delivery and it never been followed. Fast way courier is very useless. Worst courier company ever

Other courier company will text or call to confirm the instructions but this useless company Fastway doesn’t they just go collect and now parcel was left at the gate with no attendance.

I called the lady at Customer care and she was very rude and couldn’t help.

Refrain from using this company as they seems not to know what their doing

I’m so disgusted right now next time when I order something I would never use this company
