Useless courier company

This is a useless courier company. It's been almost 2 weeks waiting for my parcel and when i call the reception(morning of 28/07/21) they told me that my parcel will be delivered the same day. However i waited until afternoon (29/07/21) where i called reception again and the lady told me that my parcel is with the driver. Then I called the driver as per the info i got from the reception lady but the driver said he knows nothing about my parcel. This is the worst service provider.
