USELESS COURIER

I have never seen such a USELESS courier company like this one, I ordered from TEMU and on Friday just after 9:00 I received a message from them that the parcel it's been deliveres, no call or message prior, I'm still waiting for it. How do I claim my money back from TEMU because I did not receive this things😡😡😡
